Customer Service Representative - $1,000 Progessive Sign On Bonus

Representatives can earn up to a $1,000 sign on bonus. Payments are made in one-time installments on the paycheck after completing the following:
- $250 after 2 weeks
- $250 after 60 days
- $250 after 90 days
- $250 after 120 days
We are looking for energetic and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to provide high level customer care for an Online Learning Support program. The right candidate will be able to combine existing knowledge with the ability to learn and develop new skills. Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner while supporting client regulations. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and client on account procedures and managing priorities.
Opportunities to possibly work from home after the completion of training. CDC guidelines for social distancing and disinfecting are followed in office.
You Will Need:
- High level customer service skills
- Good research skills and the ability to answer customer product questions
- Adherence in compliance procedures and following industry protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and co-workers
- Compliance with quality assurance and client expectations and standards
- Good computer knowledge and Internet skills
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/tabs
- Quick learner who enjoys using trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- Relationship building skills and a desire for customer satisfaction
Nice to Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office
- General knowledge or experience with on-line learning/education a plus
- The ability to keep client information strictly confidential
- The ability to pay close attention to details while resolving customer problems
- Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Variety of shifts, availability for one weekend day preferred
