Customer Service Advisor
Our Customer Service Advisors interact face-to-face with customers to communicate vehicle service recommendations with the intent of educating the customers on their vehicle maintenance requirements. Customer Service Advisors spend most of their work time at the store location directly guiding customers through the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Experience. Customer Service Advisors will also have other positions they will operate in at the stores. You are also going to be cross trained in various other positions and are expected to be able to work those positions when assigned.

Our Customer Service Advisors maintain a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, sincere positive attitude toward our customers and occasionally assist with the servicing of vehicles.
Our Jiffy Lube locations are not climate controlled so our Customer Service Advisors must be able to enter and work in extreme hot and cold temperatures as well as tolerate exposure to fumes, chemicals and cleaning products
Prior customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not necessary.
