  • Insurance Company is a start up (started in 2017) and offers business insurance like workers comp, liability, commercial auto insurance to small businesses. It is like the GEICO for businesses.
  • It is all internet driven business so NO COLD CALLING as of right now. Following up on website applications and answering inbound calls from businesses wanting more information. It is customer service for current clients.
  • The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:
    • Maintaining industry leading service standard
    • Timely entry of all inbound leads
    • Availability and dependability to multitask
    • Highly focused on a total team environment
